The children can raise money to pay there way
to our summer camp through our COA raffle. The tickets will be $10
each and 100% of the money goes directly toward that childs camp.
Prices for 2008 summer camps are as follows:
$1,000 for our basic camp includes one
week at the ranch, meals, lodging, hogs, exotic does.
$1,500 Ram Camp includes our basic camp
minus exotic does - with a trophy ram.
$2,000 Trophy Camp includes our basic
camp minus exotic does - with a trophy exotic. Such as an
Axis, Blackbuck, Etc.
The children will be dropped at the ranch and
picked up at the same location at a predetermined time. If campers
need help with travel, please contact us for details.
We will have a maximum of 15 children at each
camp. We will have a camp director, nurse, three counselors,
hunter education instructor, cook, and various volunteers that
will come out and share their expertise.
The
Texas Safari Camp is organized by
the Christian
Outdoor Alliance, a non-profit interdenominational
group that is committed to impacting lives for Christ
through hunting and fishing.
More importantly, are the life
changing principles youth will come to know as they
experience Gods great outdoors.
In addition to the
Texas Safari Camp, the COA produces
Maximum
Outdoors Magazine and supports a network of church-based
and school-based chapters.
