Deposit Information

COA requires a $300 deposit with this application, which we will apply toward the camp fee. We will make no refunds for cancellations. If you are applying for a scholarship you can skip this step.

Absence / Withdrawal Information

The Directors reserve the right to dismiss any camper whose influence and conduct become in any way detrimental to the best interests of other members of this camp. THE CHRISTIAN OUTDOOR ALLIANCE WILL MAKE NO REFUNDS FOR CAMPERS DISMISSED FOR DISCIPLINARY REASONS. The Christian Outdoor Alliance will also make no tuition deductions for absences, for withdrawals before the end of the term, or for late arrivals. If a camper must withdraw from camp early on camp doctor’s orders due to injury or illness, COA will refund $100 for each week remaining.

You must download the Participation Consent, Release And Indemnity Form. This form must be completed, signed and returned to the Christian Outdoor Alliance, PRIOR to the beginning of the event or trip described, or the student will not be allowed to participate. Click here for the form.

We had our raffle drawing I would like to thank all you who participated in this years “Send a Kid to Camp Raffle.” We had 69 kids come out to camp with us this year and it was because of generous folks like you.
